The 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Conduent Incorporated will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. EDT, virtually via the internet at www.meetingcenter.io/219882700. The password for this meeting is - CNDT2021.
